HOW TO SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST THROUGH THE TENANT PORTAL
- Sign to your tenant portal https://gulfcoast.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in
2. Once you’re “HOME”, you will find the Maintenance section on your right side. You will also see “Maintenance” tab on the left
3. Once you click “Request Maintenance” or “Maintenance” you will see this:
5. Once the WO has been submitted, our maintenance team will review your order and reach out to you as soon as possible to update you regarding the next steps
*You can log in to your portal anytime to review the Work Order Status*
6. If the Work Order has been scheduled, you will see the status:
7. The status will be updated once the Work Order has been completed.
