1. Do I need to be home when maintenance comes to my house?
You can be present but it's not a requirement. In order to service your maintenance request as quickly as possible we schedule whenever we can. Gulf Coast maintenance personnel and our trusted vendors are licensed and insured.
2. What is considered an emergency maintenance request?
We follow industry standards when determining what constitutes an emergency maintenance request. We consider Fire, flood and blood to be emergencies. Essentially, anything that is going to cause danger to the occupants and/or property. If you feel your situation warrants emergency attention, please call our maintenance hotline on (941)213-4000.
