Instructions on how vacation rental homeowners can add/modify owner, family/friend reservation/blocks.
Through the portal, you can add, modify, and delete owner reservations, see upcoming bookings, owner statements, and more.

Here is some helpful information if you cannot login:
- Once on the login page go to the 'Forgot password?' link.
- Enter the email address and press the 'Next' button.
- If the system found the owner's email then they will receive instructions to reset their password.
Please use the instructions below to add, remove or modify a reservation through the owner’s portal.
Adding an Owner Reservation through the Owner Portal:
Login to the owner portal at https://gcpm.trackhs.com/owner/ >> select the reservations tab at the top >> select the green + New Reservation button in the top right corner >> select reservation type "owner" >> enter check-in / check-out dates >> select unit (your property will be the only one to select from the dropdown) >> select create reservation >> complete.
Modifying or Cancelling an Existing Owner Reservation through the Owner Portal:
Login to the owner portal at https://gcpm.trackhs.com/owner/ >> select the reservations tab at the top >> find the reservation you would like to cancel/modify >> to modify select blue edit button next to the reservation that needs to be changed >> make edits to dates etc. >> select blue Update Reservation button at the bottom. To cancel an existing owner reservation >> select the red cancel button next to the reservation.
